Disappointed in 702 Connections' customer service. We basically got a ride to a restaurant from our hotel and back, and the driver even took the back streets! She did not care if we were having a good time or not, on the contrary she was rushing the whole experience. The whole point of a party bus reservation is to enjoy a ride on the strip. The owner Mike should be ashamed of himself for taking payment for two hours when what our party got was 45 minutes on the bus tops. If you're planning a party on a party bus like this there are plenty of options that would do a better job than this place. Don't waste your money on these people.

Don't get what you pay for. Unprofessional and beyond rude. Complete waste of the money I spent. Tried to work things out with the owner, Mike, and he was condescending and didn't even offer an apology. Driver was rude and unprofessional. Huge disappointment with the amount of money I spent. Spend your money elsewhere! Our party was not happy with the way we were treated.

Terrible time at my friends birthday!The driver Dawn was not on time she was picking up other people and then driving back to get us from our locations. She "didn't have enough time" so we couldn't go to the Las Vegas sign... totally ruined our plans.Then when we asked for a refund for only the one hour we missed because she didn't have time Mike the owner started mistreating my friend. DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS SAVE YOURSELF

They are scammers!!!!!!!!!! Dont use this company!!! They lied and stole almost $700 from my friends and I and ruined our bachelorette celebration. They did nothing we paid for and did not contact us after taking our money!!! SCAM SCAMMERS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I've used 702 Connections for one daughter's 21st and another daughter's bachelorette party.  They are great to work with and did everything they said they would do.  The Lil' Pink party bus was great fun and 702 Connections took all the worry away from the maid of honor and myself.  Planning a party in Vegas?  Don't hesitate to call 702 Connections as they can MAKE IT HAPPEN!
