Trust law is complex and we were not familiar with the process. We found ourselves at odds with a successor trustee and basically in the dark. Attorney Zach Holyoke was the the equalizer. I think Mr. Barney is wonderful, very soft spoken and has a good handle on what the laws are that are involved in his case. My last attorney was so inept and corrupt that it seemed she was literally just making me into a guinea pig for her new associate attorney to practice on. The amount of dishonesty is honestly disheartening sometimes which is why when i was referred to Mr. Barney i decided if he took the case, great, but if not i would be better off representing myself than another attorney who only cared about money and letting her new associate practice law on me and my case. I was glad he took the case and that i found a soft spot to land in after being so abused by so many lawyers, both the trustees lawyers as well ad my own who seemed to be colluding with them the last couple of months. Mr. Barney is soft spoken, slow and patient and presents his ideas and the Statutes and i don't feel he will lie or manipluate like the other lawyers have done, nor try to coerse me to do something i know is unethical as the others have done as well. He is a busy man, does not advertise himself or his business and so i feel very grateful to have been referred to him from a lovely woman attorney in Vegas. I have not dealt with anyone else in the office yet other than Doug who is also just such a nice and understanding person as well.

This is a top notch Lawyer. The lawyer we are dealing with is Mr. Zachary Holyak. His main concern is for his clients !! Money is not the 1st ! Excellent Firm.

Zach Holyak has been amazing, fair, and honest. He has such a great temperament and really explains things in a clear easy to understand manner regarding estate law. I highly recommend him and would give him 5000 stars if it were allowed. So many lawyers out there are just in it for the money, but Zach truly cares about his clients over making a buck.
