When I wanted to create a TOD document, I searched for an attorney that was nearby and didn't have negative online reviews. Brian Nelson seemed to fit my criteria. With one call the process was started. I was given a timeline and the exact cost for the service. The documents were filled out over the phone using my information. A few days later I received copies of my documents as email attachments. I took the documents to my local bank branch to have my signature notarized. I returned the signed documents to Brian's office, met with Brian and his Paralegal, Vanessa. Then the documents were transmitted to the county for recording. The next day Vanessa sent a message that my Deed document had been successfully recorded. This entire undertaking was nowhere as stressful or complicated as I expected it would be. It was handled efficiently and cordially. As a very senior person this is just how I like it. I recommend Brian Nelson for legal advice and legal services.

I am a private wealth manager, CFP. Brian saved our client who was in a very stressful situation. She was supposed to be paid a life insurance claim and the executor of the estate refused to pay it. We were bounced around from law firm to law firm due to the challenges with this case (the jurisdiction was particularly challenging as the client, ex-spouse and trust were all in different states) in addition to the nuances of the agreement which was a divorce judgment from 20 plus years ago. Brian understood the law and advocated for our client quickly. He produced results immediately. Instead of the client just accepting the refusal and having to write it off as a loss, Brian was able to retrieve what she was rightfully due.
