        We signed a contract with Dwyer in October of 2016. It is October 2019 and we still do not have our permits. They stated this process would take 6 months to a year and it has now been three years. The contract price to date is $17k more than what was agreed to and they are holding up finishing our project until they receive more money. They have made countless mistakes throughout this process and expect us to pay for them. Do not use this engineering firm if you would like to start building your house in the next decade or want to pay almost double what they tell you it will cost.
