My house builder contacted this business because Im having issues with the smurf tube or electrical conduit. I would like them to check if theres blockage. The guy came with fish tape and it turned out no clogged and finished the work in less than 5 minutes. The huge surprise is I was billed $150 for that kind of work. I asked why that so expensive. He explained he drive for more than 30 minutes with his truck. I called their office to check if I was billed right and just. They explained that because the guy used their truck so I was billed that expensive. I thought theyre nice people so I tried to nicely negotiate so at least I can consider them for future business but non considerate and unwilling. Wow, I didnt expect they will use a truck to bring fish tape and too much focused on money than client satisfaction. So much disappointed and will NEVER TRUST this business again nor recommend to my relatives or friends. Money can earn but trust no more. Service: Accessory building construction
