Focus was the electrical company for my new Pulte home bought in Nov 2023 and they did the worst job! My outdoor outlets no longer work and they refused to warranty their work. Shame on Focus and Pulte both for taking advantage of their customers.

All of my outside outlets quit working. Checked for GFCIs. No problem there. Check circuit breakers. No problem there. Fuse box poorly labeled. Installed by Focus.

I had an issue with my circuit breaker, it was considered a high voltage problem. The first electrician that they sent out here was unable to help me so he reached out to focus and they sent out a wonderful electrician. Roberto Bermdez, very kind very patient very knowledgeable. Gave me excellent customer service. Next time I have another problem with my electricity. I will definitely be asking him to come out.
