Went to have my clothes altered and dry cleaned. They told me to pick up in two weeks. I came back, and nothing was done right. not only did I have to wait 2 weeks, but they also altered the wrong garment and charged me for an extra garment dryclean. On top of that, they had me pay for a Hem that was not hemmed. When I tried talking to them, they talked over me and ignored me. After lying to me about the charges and refusing to accommodate their mistakes, one of the employees took my card to charge it and forgot to give it back. when I asked about my card, she lied about giving it back! So I had to cancel my card and now have to wait 5-7 days for a new one to come in! This place is supper shady! Since I had no card now and they would not give me my things, i told them I'll be back tomorrow with cash. Well...I came back an hour later instead, and they had my "newly" dry cleaned and pressed 2 piece suits bunched up in a pile on a chair. when he saw me come in, he didn't even apologize. He just said "oh we can repress it," absolutely disrespectful!
