This place was less than professional , I took my bridesmaid dress in to be altered and was promised it would be ready in 3 days. Three days later I picked up my dress got home tried it on and Nothing had been done to my dress. I ended up having to take a day off work and do it myself since the wedding was so close. I called them and told them what happened and all she said was she could send it back and have it ready by the next week which would be way too late. I asked for a refund and was denied. Im not sure how professional the cleaners part of this business is but I would never recommend anyone going here for alterations . The person that you speak with is not even the person who supposedly alters your dress.

Dry cleaned a brand new TM Lewin Dress shirt valued at 77 dollars here. Only wore it once to work, and to my surprise in receiving the dress shirt, it had a permanent bleach residue on the collar. And now confronting them about it they completely deny they ever did such a thing. Now out 77 dollars with a ruined dress shirt due to their inability to own up, accept responsibility, and give me my refund. If anyone is looking for good cleaners, run FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, or you could be of victim to their poor service and get your clothes ruined.

Very bad experience, super expensive and the dress was dirty and poorly ironed, supposedly they washed it again and the result was the same, I do not recommend it. Service: Organic dry cleaning
