        My mother has alot of prescriptions that she can never go without. Walgreens have shown time after time saved the day refilling the hard to get pills. Have been customer since 2000

        My fiancee has severe asthma and he have cancelled her inhaler prescription about 4 times now. At this point due to their incompetence, she doesn't have an inhaler. Finally they tell us that the inhaler will be ready in 1 hour. We arrive just for some incredibly rude woman, Courtney, to tell us that they're too backed up to get it for her. We explained that she is having serious trouble breathing right now and if we could please get it sooner, and she ROLLED HER EYES and said that there's only two of them working. This place and their employees absolutely could care less about you an your health.

        I have been using this Walgreens Pharmacy for about 4 months and felt the need to do a quick comparison without throwing the competition under the bus... it's hard not to... The people (PHARMACY) are just plain NICE... they want to help, they answer the phone (the same day) and they are HELPFUL. I got so tired of the three letter place and the app that was ALWAYS telling me one thing, forcing me to call, being on hold FOREVER and then getting some snotty 'tech' not listening and being rude and then finally being able to GO IN AND SEE THE 2 or 3 (you know who you are) HELPFUL people to get things straightened out. I always feel bad that they work there... AT THIS WALGREENS... (so far and four months in) Questions get answered, they are polite, they want to help and they UNDERSTAND the computer is not always right. They take the time to sort things out.I strongly believe Walgreens focuses on CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING AND TEACHES THEIR PEOPLE TO LISTEN, BE POLITE AND MAKE REASONABLE DECISIONS and TRY TO HELP PEOPLE! The other guys... not so much EXCEPT for the few
