Walgreens

Absolute garbage. They filled a prescription that had a deadly interaction with another reoccurring prescription.  Spent 30 minutes on hold to clear it up and they hung up on me twice.... Never talked to a person once. These people are a joke, and they could hurt you. They don't care.

I started going to this specific location when my health insurance changed and pharmacy options along with it.  I've been in the store several times and the pharmacy drive thru.  There are definitely surges when the pharmacy is super busy to instances when I could just walk right up to the counter and receive immediate service.  The pharmacy drive thru is the same; sometimes several minutes waiting, but sometimes immediate service- because there is no one ahead of me in line!  The staff around the store and in the pharmacy have been consistently pleasant and helpful each time I've been there.  For those who care... they only offered pre-ground coffee bean coffee options. No bags of whole beans. Many different brands; all pre-ground. LOL. At the entrance there was complimentary hand sanitizer wipes offered.  I did not see shopping baskets, but there were a few carts.  Each time I've been inside the store was well maintained.  It's a nice little location.

Lady on the phone was so unfriendly. Legit got a little depressed from that 10 minute interaction.

Such a joke. I scheduled my flu shot for my lunch break at 12:15. I arrived 5 minutes early. They treated me as though I was invisible for 5 minutes, before checking me in. I waited 20 minutes with no customers and plenty of staff. I went up and asked how long it was going to take. The girl said "did you fill out your paperwork?" Obviously yes, I did it online and have already been checked in. Then she proceeds to ask around for who is doing the shots today. A pharmacist said she was. So if I hadn't have gone up after waiting 20 minutes I would still be waiting. Thankfully, the shot was easy and painless, but the service here is awful, as are most Walgreens in this area.
