Walgreens

Called Friday to make sure my prescription was filled. Told to give them 90 minutes. I show up 4 hours later and they said to come back on Monday. I explained that I called and was told it would be ready today. Was told to have a seat and they would fill it while I waited. I asked how long it would take and was told about 15 minutes. At 15 minutes I was told they didnt have it in stock and to come back on Monday. When I asked why they didnt tell me that when I called hours earlier and the clerk got very snooty. The incompetency of Walgreens on all levels has become ridiculous! Ill be looking for another pharmacy!

This pharmacy is the worst, never answer always hang up lines inside and outside take about an hour are more.

Love how its 24 hours but they are closed! Guess their employees dont show up to their shifts so they just close down until the next one 8 hours later. The o my reason to shop at this overpriced place is convenience but it doesnt even offer that. Last time I came in I had to find the employee mopping in the back of the store in order to check out. If you can only afford 1 employee to do the entire stores duties than you need to just shut down

A poorly run Walgreens. I made an order online with the photo department. When status showed "ready for pickup", we went to pick it up. On arrival we waited 10 minutes before we received any help. Then they stated the order was not ready. The manager Danni, said they ran out of paper and they had called me and left a message. This was not true, I had zero missed calls and zero messages. And why would it show in the app that my order was ready if it wasn't? Then she stated they couldn't transfer my order or help me find a store that had paper to print it, unbelievable. Zero help after their screw up. I'll definitely be going to CVS from now on. To the manager....find a new career because you clearly hate your job.
