        PA McCook is great. However, the staff is lacking organization. I called their office the following day asking to please fax the referral. Steinberg Appointment was scheduled 3 days out. When I showed up to Steinberg they did not receive it. LVSC staff had plenty of time to fax it. Overall The Staff are hospitality. They just need to work on that task.
