Thank you for the awesome service! I love my smile now. This dentist office is clean and comfortable, with frendly staff and easy payment plans. The Doctor is gentle and personable. I usually prefer not to be at the dentist but Studio Smiles is so delightful I look forward to my next appointment!

At first my initial problem was with only the dentistry but then it became both the dentistry and the ortho that works there. I am a very simple client & turns out I am too trusting as well. There were a few things I needed but the main to start off with -- fillings & braces.My problem with ortho is they put my braces of ASAP before any dentistry work, me, not an orthodontist or dentist, had no hesitation because why would I know the steps of what should be done? I did not pay thousands of education to know that... they did lol. My problem with the dentistry was really just scheduling. When they had to reschedule and move things around I did not mind but if I had to move things around it was attitude and fees and this and that. Attitude over how I should have gotten my fillings before braces (again, not my fault) bla bla. It was just annoying and stressful, especially since there was only one day out of the week that worked with both of our schedules (yes, you guys aren't the only ones with schedules btw.) Ppl are going to be going to your business for years because of the work that needs to be done the bare minimum would be just creating a peaceful relationship w those ppl, at the end of the day it is beneficial on both ends. Anyway, neither studio smiles or AO align made my experience decent. I am now paying $1500 for something that did not even benefit me because of their wrongdoing and poor customer care. But at least I get $250 retainers lol.To response: in your contract please add, "even if we do things incorrectly you are still responsible for paying due to our hard work, correct or not we are still doing something!" thank you!
