Well thus was my first appointment.I met with Dr.Tran. wait I am mistaken this was my second time.The first was exam and xrays.Tiday Dr. Tran was to start two crown preps.When I xalled to say I might be late(20 minutes or so) u was informed by Alna I would then have a 200.00 balance owed to them. I asked what on earthbfor? Her answere was i had missed an appoinyment 1 werk ago for a cleaning. And they were charging mec100.00 for that missed appointment. Band today. If I was not there within 20 minutes I will be charged pm anotherv100 R2-D2.00 dollars twenty in. And paid them the hundred dollars for nothing almost a punishment was how I interpreted their extortion policy.Ivwas fumin6.zd DR.Tran proved to be an excellent dentist.zShe was experienced,had a charming easy going manner,while all The time still maintaining a thorough and professional attitude.I will use her services in the near future. Then ibwill leave . I am a woman of 60 plus years who has had dentistry and dentists all of my life. Never have I een treated with suv in bhroddly greedy and tavky vonduct as i was by ger fromtbofgive employee Alma. I think Uoubhave to know squeezing me forb100.o0 before even allowing me to recieve the treatment was bad and grotesque enough, 00 while beeing so rudely and nHastily ordered around. Was inexcusable. Never mind the magnitude if business I am bringing to them being easily5000.00 I am guessing. But I have never had any dentist anywherebeso tacky and classless. From a patient that has always been terrified of dentists, I cant say enough nice things about Dr. Tran and her staff. I have been several times and am always anxiety-free even with major work done. I am so happy I was referred here by a friend.

Dr Duong and the entire staff at Lakeview are fantastic. I wasn't looking forward to having another root canal and Dr Duong made the entire process comfortable and even called the next morning to see how I was doing! He could have easily had his assistant or front desk make that call. You just don't see that very often, especially these days! For that reason AND I felt no pain during the root canal, I can't recommend them enough!

Office seems clean and decent, the main doctors were friendly and professional, but when i did my cleaning the dentist did half my teeths and stopped which i had never seen before, was also not friendly at all but i dont really care about that had the cleaning been good.

Amazing service. My wife is deathly afraid of going to the dentist and they made the experience as smooth as possible. I am so happy and I wouldnt rather have anyone else take care of my wifes teeth.
