        Updated review: I was recently contacted by an employee, & she said that they will be able to warranty my crown that they put on a while ago. At first I was told otherwise, but thankfully Helen was on my side. She helped find factual information regarding the stipulations within my warranty agreement, and even scheduled me in at my earliest convenience. Thank you for doing the right thing, my faith has been restored.

        Dr. Chin is a wonderful man , a great dentist .But his new office manager is just Horrible, rude , unprofessional!she goes over her line and treats the patient very rudely! I went in with my 76 yr old grandfather I was totally shocked at the way she treated him. All staffs are great except for this shameless woman her name is Sue. This woman must be removed from office .. because Dr chin is losing patients.

        Wonderful people! Dr. Chin and his staff are very kind! My husband had a dental emergency on the Friday before Christmas weekend. A couple of staff members had already clocked out to close early for the holidays and they were nice enough to stay and treat my husband. Thanks to them he was able to enjoy Christmas pain free! Would recommend this dental office to anyone!

        I love dr chin and his staff. My problem is with the people that work in the front. I went in on June 30th cuz my tooth cracked in half.decided to do a bridge. Well About a month later went in for my upper denture and I said hey what's taking so long with my bottom tooth and they said it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks so i Waited patiently. I asked them twice in the meantime whats going on. The person in the office said ya it shouldn't take this long. Im gonna call them. So after 2 1/2 months I called my insurance company myself to see what the problem was. They never recieved any paperwork from the dental office! I work in customer service and a broken front tooth is tough to deal with. And by the way the insurance co answered right away..it was that easy. Kind of beyond mad at this point
