Dr Leavitt is the best Implant dentist around. I did my research 4 years ago when I was researching implants and after much thought I chose Dr Leavitt. His office staff is the best and Dr Leavitt walked me through step by step what my options were. There were several types of teeth to consider and pricing then coloring and the like. People think you walk in and walk out with new permanent teeth right away and that's far from the truth, it's a process especially if you have any issues with your jaw bone. I'm showing photos not in any particular order but you can see from without the implants to when first put in (bruised face) then progressively getting better as my face thinned out as I healed and lost weight. It started November 2019 when the teeth were first pulled and implants were put in. My jaw bone was a bit soft due to years of periodontal issues. The first set of teeth I wore a year not eating anything harder than a cooked carrot, hence how I lost weight. I needed that time for my jaw to heal and the implants to set into the bone. I wasn't about to screw things up now cause this was my last chance at having a normal mouth and not having to go to extremes to make sure no one saw me without teeth. It's tiring to visit family and have to set an alarm for 4 or 5 am JUST to get up before anyone else so you can put your teeth in. It was embarrassing to say the least and sure does put a crimp on dating. I couldn't eat alot of foods because the dentures didn't fit right so being able to get the implants was a godsend. The whole staff in Dr Curry Leavitts office have made me feel comfortable and confident in my new teeth. Any problems I can call and get an appointment to consult with Dr Leavitt as to what's bothering me. Alot of people assume once they get implants it's a one and done. Well not so, you have maintenance just as with normal teeth theirs cleanings yearly and then theirs the deep cleanings where the teeth come out and the gums around your implant posts are cleaned well of tarter and your teeth get a good scrubbing too. There's more to implants than commercials let on, but if your interested in getting implants or in need of a periodontist then Dr Curry Leavitt is the Dentist to go see.

Dr. Leavitt is awesome! I have more gum, thanks to him! He's truly a gifted oral surgeon. His office is large, clean, and up-to-tech. The staff are attentive. But he's the real gem. I only did gum grafts for some of my teeth, but as soon I'm healed up, I'm doing the rest!

The absolute best in the business. Not only is he professional, proficient and personable, but his staff is amazing too. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. No exaggeration. And not that that would be a bad thing, because the office is immaculate with excellent decor. I love that Dr Leavitt and his staff are so considerate of me and my time. And I never feel rushed. Dr. Leavitt takes the time to talk to me, to listen to my concerns and he has even fixed not-so-great-dental-work done by others. Makes me wish I needed more serious dental work. No, but seriously, thank you Dr. Leavitt. You and your staff really are the best in the business - and not just the dental business, but business. You know how to make a customer/patient/client feel valued. I appreciate you, your staff and all that you do. Bonus, my implants were a breeze!

Dr. Leavitt is truly amazing. I had had a bad taste in my mouth for about a month. My dentist and I thought I might have a hole in my sinus causing drainage. He sent me to an oral surgeon who visually examined me and said he didn't think so, but to be sure, my year old bridge would need to be destroyed to see and fix. He sent me to endodontist thinking I had a root canal failure. The endodontist said root canals were fine, and referred me to Dr. Leavitt, who he said was the best in town. After hearing he was now the 4 th dentist I had seen for this problem, he said this was my last stop. He would do a CT scan right there in his office and he would tell and show me my problem and how he could fix it. FINALLY, AN ANSWER ! Ten minutes later, he was showing me a CT scan which clearly showed I did have a hole in my sinus! He described the treatment of grafting in layers of cadaver bone and bovine cartilage to close off the hole and fill in the bone void from a previous extraction many years ago. He gave me the choice of being awake or twilight sleep. I chose being asleep. He was able to go up through my gum and repair my sinus WITHOUT ME LOSING MY BRIDGE! I still can't believe he was able to do this! From the minute I woke up, I never had that taste in my mouth again ! About 2 weeks later I had my stitches removed, and I'm good as new. Other than some pain and a little swelling and bruising, I would never know anything happened. To me, Dr. Leavitt is a magician and I am very grateful to him for fixing my problem, and not losing my year old bridge. His office is beautiful, and his staff very helpful in answering my questions and getting me appointments in a timely manner. Dr. Leavitt even offered to come in on his day off to do my procedure!!! Also, a huge benefit to going to him, was his equipment. He had a CT scan machine right in his office!!! No going to a diagnostic lab, like Steinberg , and then waiting several days for an answer. Very conveinient !
