La Petite Academy

Our kid attended this location for 2 years and had no issues the staff was amazing and they took extra care and went way above and beyond to help our child. The staff Made us feel comfortable and wanting to leave our daughter there In good hands. Not sure about all the negative reviews this is not what we saw ever

I called customer service and spoke with Donald. He was very unprofessional, I tried to change my tour hour but he was not help. He couldn't find my info with my phone number and asked if he can look it up using my name yet he gave some attitude, he didn't want to look it up since it was harder to find it that way. He had lack of customer service and was not helpful. Very disappointed.

I was looking forward to enrolling my son, I gave them a call to get some information and was told that this specific site has availability starting Monday. The call center lady said that she could schedule me a tour the next day, the place isnt particularly close but because they said they could start on Monday I decided to go ahead and drive over. When I arrived one of the workers said they dont have availability until November. I asked to make sure if that was correct because over the phone I was told that they could start Monday. The worker said oh the call center just tells you what you want to hear. This was very unprofessional especially that theyre putting blame on other people, perhaps the call center lady made a mistake but I did not like that she automatically put the blame on her.

My husband is active duty AF and was stationed in LV right after our first was born. When I was pregnant we flew out to LV and had about 4 hours to shop for a daycare. My husband had actually picked this one to tour because its close to your worknot exactly the number one concern for a pregnant mama. After all afternoon touring a bunch of different daycares, I walked into this one and my heart knew this was it. My sentiments have never changed. Allowing me to progress my career as a young mom because I knew my baby (and later babies) were loved, safe, and so happy. 3 years later, we live in Boulder City and still commute my son in for the 30 minute commute because it is soooo worth it. We also will be moving soon and we are excited to be moving home, but wish we could pack *this* La Petite up into the moving truck too. Outside of being a safe, loving place. My son has learned SOOO much. I know hell be very successful as he moves onto pre-K.
