Was trying to go home after picking up my food from next door when their case manager Lynda Hamilton proceeded to call me "an idiot who doesn't know how to park" all because I had parked "too close to the parking line". Keep in mind, she had at least 3 open spots next to my car and proceeds to reverse park next to me anyways. I originally didn't say anything to her and was about to leave so she can park when I heard her say that. Then I replied "what did you say?!" Then she says "Oh! He can speak english!?". The security guy walking by even heard her say this to me. When confronted, she never once apologized for her racists remarks and she even acknowledged, in front of her coworkers, the things she said to me without any remorse.

I used Nguyen Law Firm to help my elderly parents (+65 years of age) pass their US Citizenship Exam. They have resided in the US for over +20 years, but were not fluent nor literate in English enough to be confident on their own to pass the interview/exam. The Legal Assistant Stella Vong worked on our case from start to finish and was beyond amazing. Not only was she very patient and understanding with my parents, but she eased their testing anxiety with her calm demeanor as their official translator. I would definitely use Stella again and/or recommend her for the US Citizenship Interview Translator.
