The delivery driver took the only handicap spot to drop off his deliveries. Can I park there he said I'll only be a few minutes. I came to this medical office forA visit to the quick care I did not have a few minutes to wait around for the driver to drop off his stuff I needed to get my wheelchair out and go into the quick care facility to get treatment.

Ive had the worst experience with the manager, Darius. He is rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to another manager or his supervisor, he hung up on me. I called back and he refused to connect with me someone. Setting up this delivery has been a nightmare.

Worthless and incompetent. Ordered delivery from Home depot and I guess they use this company to deliver larger orders. Well its not worth the hassle. I ordered 3 doors from home depot and due to not having a vehicle large enough to accommodate the doors I ordered delivery. Well its been a hassle since. Called and confirmed for a Monday delivery, no one showed, called Tuesday morning as to why it did not show and they said they never received the notification that it was supposed to go out. Staff stated order would go out Tuesday/ same day called between 12-4pm, no order showed. called and staff stated no-one told them it was supposed to go out. Manager called next day as requested and reported she was in a hurry and did not inform them to send it out and it would go out today (Wednesday) and driver would call 30 mins before they we on their way. I did get a call but not a 30 min call, the call stated he was near my house but because I did not respond back in 5 mins, (i responded back in 6 mins) he stated he has to come back later. Delivery fee for home depot was 100 dollars for the doors, do yourself a favor and avoid this company if all possible.
