Opulence Condominiums Associates

I've been living here for about 7 years and I have experienced flat tires my car doors unlocked and open when I know I locked them the night before and someone has been coming in my home without my permission I know this because there's four locks on my door and I know how to lock four locks when I leave. About two and a half years ago I woke up to my left forearm bleeding. Just recently I came home to the sugar in the microwave in silverware put in the oven ... Because I live alone when I tell people what's going on they think I'm crazy. I'm physically and mentally disabled. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I gotta get out of here...

The condominium is full of thefts, there is always burglary especially if you live downstairs you are screw! They have patrol that is useless and pointless to have because they claim they go around every two or three hours during night but they leave the complex in between to patrol another place who knows where! DO NOT buy or rent in this place because the association cares less about burglary! If you don't believe me go watch the news 7 units were burglarized in one night! The HOA is $185 which is a waste of your $, this place is a joke!
