        Jeff was very friendly and affordable. Was thinking about going to geek squad but I got a robot when I called them. Jeff actually answered the phone and was very helpful. Quick and professional getting the laptop wiped and software reinstalled. Overall great experience.

        He fixed my daughter's laptop fast, efficiently, and well....she was so happy when she got it back. He was very nice, very professional, yet laid back. he knew his stuff.
