Weve taken several of our devices here for different reasons and they always do a great job. They are prompt and always communicate quickly by text or phone about any change in plans after youve dropped off. Today I dropped off my phone to get the cameras repaired which had cracked, then headed next door to pick up some boba. I was waiting for my order when the guy from Gadget Mates came to find me! It turns out I had covers for the camera built into my case, and that was what had cracked. Not only did they not charge me anything, they came to find me right away when they saw the pop-up from brew tea bar after I paid and ran to get me before I had to be without my phone unnecessarily. These guys are awesome!

Brandon was very helpful I'm 65 years old and was hacked I was very upset clueless and Brandon a young man really was very understanding and made me feel awesome Thanks again Brandon for all you do, Brandon needs a raise
