NSA provides technical support for the company I work for and are a lifesaver for me anytime I encounter technical issues. Often I work with Chase. I know that any issues I have with my computer he can resolve in minutes. I appreciate that he is kind and easy to work with. Its so great knowing anytime I have technical problems NSA is there to help out!

whenever we have a problem ( i have had a lot) or received bogus emails, Network Security has been there for immediately to assist us and resolve our problems. In my 20 years with the Nevada Community Foundation, NSA has provided the best ever security service we have ever had.

It all started with a very official looking email that was, in reality, a phishing scam that allowed a user in a foreign country access to my email account tied to my business website. It ended with a little over 2 weeks of not being able to send emails from my busiess email due to their (the phishing scammers) use of my email to send roughly 2,000 emails in a matter of hours. They also set up rules that deleted my incoming emails automatically to hide their tracks. Once they noticed I found out I was hacked they deleted 100s of emails and folders that were relevant to my work. Enter NSA! My first call was to speak to Jennifer who talked me off the ledge and help me undo one of the rules they changed. However the damage was done and Microsoft froze my email sending privileges. Next tech on deck was James. Hes officially my hero! James took the time to go through clear out the rest of the rules they had created and get me started with my 365 host. When my 365 host proved to be of very little help, James again went to bat for me to secure my email and make it MS compliant. He continued to follow up with me and make sure we were making progress. He also spent hours on the phone on my behalf to get the account unlocked and after 2 long weeks (who knows how long it wouldve taken had it been just me) James efforts paid off and I am now sending emails from my business account again. I cannot thank James and Jennifer and the NSA staff enough for all their help!! If youre not using them your doing your business a disservice!
