I am an Attorney and have been in the practice of law for over twenty two years. My clients business was in need of professional business valuation services for the dissolution of a partnership. I meet with Mrs. Ferrara before hiring Bancroft Brokerage and Services and was very impressed with what was included with the service. Mrs. Ferrara was a pleasure to work with, completed all her work in less time than expected and provided us with a detailed business appraisal with explanations and justifications of results. This appraisal was not a simple valuation; Mrs. Ferraras expertise was very evident in the creation of this complex business appraisal. As a commercial real estate and business broker she not only was able to evaluate the business, inventory and assets she was also able to provide a valuation of the real estate tied to the company.
