        They do NOT know how to make WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA WITH ALMOND MILK!!!!! Re made and still gross. Tasted like stale black coffee and A LOT of sugar. No flavor of any kind. Almond milk is LIGHT and has a different taste....taste that I LOVE but could not taste AT ALL!!!! NO holiday cups available . Ridiculous!!!! Zero stars would be more like it! Also, they add $0.95 if using almond milk which is ok if they actually did make it with almond milk but did NOT! Southern Highlands Starbucks, you need to STEP UP! DO BETTER! Won't be going back there. I'll get my delicious white chocolate mocha with ALMOND milk elsewhere...where they actually use the right ingredients not stale coffee and sugar and slap you with $7 nasty coffee. Happy Holidays

        Do yourself a favor and DO NOT drive thru here. Always slow. 30 min for a coffee. Always new staff and do not know what they're doing.
