        I always order on the app for pick up and they do not put their drinks out for easy customer pick up so when you finally ask them for your drink bcos youve been standing there for a minute, they ignore you or have an attitude about it. I know theyre busy too but i do not appreciate you watching me stand there while my drink is just sitting there. It only takes a couple of seconds to ask for the name and hand it to me. This has happened on a couple of occasions.
