Caf do Paraso

I have not sampled every coffee in the world but I have sampled several from around the world and I actually stumbled into Cafe do Paraiso by accident. This turned out to be very fortuitous for me because I find that they actually have coffee that taste like coffee and not something that tastes like tea or graham crackers. If I wanted tea I would buy tea. So I buy the dark roast Colombian and I find it completely satisfying and it does taste just like coffee. I recommend this place very highly. Especially if you're looking for coffee beans that taste like coffee.

Accidentally stumbled into the most unbelievable and authentic coffee roasting experience of our life. The owner is very compassionate and knowledgeable about coffee. They set out to produce an artistic, ethically sourced roast and nailed it. 10/10 should have asked for a third cup.

The cold brew is the feature. I warn you it is very strong. If your shoes are not on tight,. It will knock your socks off. I recommend drinking only half the cup. Owen has the technique down. A young brash entrepreneur. Coffee aficionado. And an aspiring politician. Throw him some support.

Take it from a coffee aficionado who has traveled the world in pursuit of the perfect cup. The cold brew is perfectly smooth with a clean, rich flavor. Its by far the best Ive had.
