Update on my $13,000 watch purchased at Bellagio. FedEx shipping label sent with $0 value for insurance. Who is responsible? They messed it up. Called another Chanel boutique and wanted to charge for the band adjustment and no guarantee on time! DO NOT BUY CHANEL. Zero customer service

Updating/Adding to my review experience as a luxury goods shopper. Purchased my wife her first luxury/investment purse here a few years ago. It was also my first luxury purchase ( I now own multiple Rolex, AP and Patek time pieces) and so I relied on the sales rep for the information. Here we are 2 years later and ready to move on and upgrade/add on to our collection. The sales rep never gave me the box and care book for the purse. Making it even harder to value to purse properly. When I gave my wife the purse, it was a holder for car keys for a brand new car I bought her as well for Christmas. So I was not really paying attention to my Check out experience at Chanel here at Belagio. Funny how $5.00 in boxes and printed goods can end up costing a customer hundreds to thousands in long term value. Something that should have been automatically provided. Not something I should have to call about etc after purchasing. All of my other chanel purchases at other locations include the box, book etc. Great brand, great products, just sadly this store was a let down due to a simple mistake.

Terrible customer service. I went in to look at a bag with both of my well-behaved boys. The minute I got there, this Asian sales associate was judging me. I asked to look at a bag and then she sighed and took it down for me. Then she went to her colleague and whispered something about us. I then gave the bag back and walked out. I dont care what you do for a living. You have no right to judge others or belittle them just because you work at Chanel.

This is by far, the worst location to shop in Vegas!! I came in during summer league and found a shoe I liked. I needed a 41 or 42. The SA looked it up and found one in Miami and one in Palm Beach. I asked her to order it for me and she said no!!! I took the shoe from her, texted my SA in Chicago, Troy. He ordered the shoe for me quickly and they arrived a week later. Im not sure why they have attitudes like this but Im happy Troy actually is attentive and helped me get my shoes!
