Horrible customer service. I came in on a friday with 3 pants that needed tailoring and the gentleman the works there informed me that my items would be ready for pick up the following monday. I come in on monday only to find that he hasn't even started my items and he's reasoning was that he wasn't feeling well. Very unprofessional of him to not call me to update me about it. I had to drive 30min there and back for nothing. When i finally got my items 2 days later, no compensation was offered to me for the inconveniences i had. This was my first time coming here and it will be my last. Horrible first impression. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Look elsewhere.

My 2nd time at this place. The lady at this store is very nice and helpful even tho there was a language barrier she understood what I needed done. A zipper replacement on a pair of jeans my first time and this time a button replacement on a pair of jeans. Prices are really fair. So glad to have found this place for my little mishap needs.
