I was going through a lot of stress and desperately needed relief. My daughter referred me to Root Cause Chiropractic to start red light therapy and I am very grateful that she did. I signed up for the light therapy membership and attended 3 sessions a week. I can truly say that from day one I felt relief from my stress and shortly after began to notice my muscles and joints didn't feel as achy. The impact that the red light therapy has had on my overall well-being is astounding and the team at Root Cause Chiropractic are highly knowledgeable and supportive. I have been a patient of Dr. Lights years and he has helped me tremendously with my lower back issues. I actually changed to a different Chiropractor in the beginning of 2023 because I had coverage with my new insurance. I was so dissatisfied with the new Chiropractic Doctor that I came back to Dr. Light for relief, even though I had no insurance coverage with his practice. When the office installed the Infrared Light Bed I jumped at the chance to try it out and now go at least two times a week. It has relieved the pain I have had for 30 years from Fibromyalgia. The inflammation I had in my body on a daily basis has subsided. I also use the time in the light bed to meditate and balance my Chakras. I also see Paola for massages and Reiki Healling. She has healing hands and a spiritual connection for healing. I always leave after seeing her with a smile on my face. This has been a win, win for me and I highly recommend Root Cause Resolution and all they have to offer.
