        Worst customer service ever. I bought a dress here YESTERDAY tried it on my daughter it was too small and they said they could not exchange it for a bigger size bc I had washed it. They accused me of lying of washing it when hadnt even been 24 hours I bought it. What a terrible Carters, now wonder why theyre always empty. Ill be calling customer service. Save some time and go to another location. Customer service sucks here.
