I came to this Wing Stop absolutely famished, ordered the #1 which included 6 wing + fries + drink meal, it was about $13. The cashier informed me it would be about 15 minutes. All in all I waited about 20-25 minutes for my order to come out. I really want to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt. However, I watched order after order come out and there was another table of a family of 3 sitting nearby also waiting for their food. I was so confused why other customers were getting their food when I had placed my order first- not to mention the others around me. My spouse got food from the Panda Express down the way, and when we walked in I saw them ordering. Id guess they waited a total of 30-40 minutes before deciding to cancel it, and opted to get a refund instead. I almost did the same but they came out with my order when I was about to ask for the same. The wings were very tasty, although the steak fries came out half good and half not good. I had to pick through them because some of them were clearly 2 or 3 times fried. Overall Id describe Wing Stop as a copycat B-dubs. There isnt much that sets this restaurant aside from their competition. It is quite pricey for fast food. And the service was quite poor and slow. When I approached the desk to ask for utensils and a napkin I was initially ignored rather than greeted.
