        Open or not, that is the question. Facebook says working hours but you're closed, Google says working hours but you're closed. You list a phone number that noone answers. Is this professional? Write that off as "off topic" Mr Berkley. Taking my small business elsewhere.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience trying to get in touch with us. We are open by appointments only, and it has been updated on our Google page. I also checked our phones and voicemails, and there were no missed calls or voicemails. We are here daily 8-5, and if there are no cars in the front lot we may appear closed, but we aren’t and always answer the doorbell when it’s rung. If you give us a chance, we intend to make this right and hope you will email Kent, and arrange to speak with him to discuss the situation. Thank you, Kent Berkley
