The store manager Mario was very rude! My high security passcode was changed without my knowledge I call the store before coming up to ask if its something he could help with he assured me I could walk into the store with my id an they would be able to help me, once arriving he tells me he cant help with the high security passcode I then ask where can I go to be helped because this has been an ongoing issues for 2 months he then points me to the door and lets me know I can take my business elsewhere!
