        I got the iPhone 11 promotion but they ripped me off because they included a 50$ charger without my consent the way the transaction went down was sketchy

        This was the most horrible experience I've had at any metro PC's in my life!!! I went in specifically for a phone w/tap pay the woman sold me a phone that wasn't compatible. Continued to tell me I was wrong even after I called Motorola myself then found a new blame to place on my bank saying they were not compatible for tap pay, again I showed them they were wrong. I asked for some kind of accommodation for their mistake of selling me a phone I didn't need. They refused to admit their fault in the matter and refused accommodation for the issue they caused. I had to file a report and dispute charged which has my card cancelled my life is a living hell thanks to this metropcs. All because the management refused to admit their wrongs and issue me a phone with tap pay. I didn't want my money back I only wanted what I initially asked for which was a phone with tap pay, and they refused to swap the phone out at the same price I will be letting everyone know about my experience here and they need new staff
