        Why is it buying a phone at a Verizon store is always so painful usually? Well this is not a corporate Verizon store which makes it 1000% better. Getting a phone upgraded and everything explain to me kindly here was super easy and quick as well. I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed this phone buying experience after hating every other one for the last 15 years in my loyalty to Verizon.
