We love Elite Catering! Weve had the opportunity to experience their services at other family & friends weddings, so we knew we wanted them at ours, especially since they were able to cater to many different food restrictions. Due to the bride living with celiac disease, we had to make sure that whomever we picked to cater our big day not only understood the severity of celiac disease but could provide high quality food and service still. Elite did not disappoint; from the tasting meeting to the actual events! The entire buffet at the reception was gluten free (things were well marked) and the staff was well informed on any other food restrictions throughout the evening. We had many compliments on our rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and dinner. Elite not only knows how to make high quality, delicious foods, but they also know how to display those foods in a way that makes it an experience for everyone involved. We really appreciate the attention to detail brought to each of our events by Elite. We highly recommend Elite Catering for your next event.
