Great location with lots of food and shops. Room 16- 035 was old and not kept up. Had black mildew, dust, broken lamps, blown out light bulbs. Casino was nice and roomie with lots of options. Food court food was good. Rooms: Old and dusty but had a nice view of the Sphere. Room needed more lights.

Rooms are outdated and have minor broken fixtures. Service at the front desk was bizarre, they acted like I was lucky they found me a room upon check in when in reality I had a specific room booked for weeks.

Excellent Rooms: There is no coffee maker and they offer free wifi for 2 cell phones and they are charging us for the connection

The room was clean, went through with a black light and only found one concerning spot, but it was off in a corner and everything else was clean. The shower seldom had hot (or even warm) water, most of the time it was cold. Pools were closed and the wifi only lets two devices on in the room without charging an additional $15/ device per day, while having no good signal to connect to a mobile network. I like to finish on a high note and I'll say that having access to the tram from right outside the hotel was nice. Food & drinks: Be careful about getting food or drinks here, a whiskey sour cost $18 and some change, and a pizza in hotel costs $50
