We just bought a new house and needed my tile cleaned and sealed (builders didn't seal it). Vicki was super helpful, knowledgeable and kind! She gave us the best rate on our ~1400 sq ft tile and guaranteed the rate was locked in (total would vary based on actual sq ft) and worked with our schedule. Ernesto came out a few days later (measured the sq footage and gave us a accurate estimate, but guaranteed that our rate was locked with what Vickie quoted us). Ernesto did a FANTASTIC job, he even helped us move our couch, answered all our new homebuyer questions and gave us tips on maintenance. Very honest and hardworking people here, we will definitely be a returning customer!

We just purchased a new home, and didn't realize that we should clean the floor professionally until couple days before move-in date. We called around to get quotes. 24/7 carpet & floor care was the third place we called, and it didn't take long to decide who to go with. They gave affordable price, and suggested a schedule that worked for us. The receptionist Vickie was very good. She knew that I needed the job done quickly. She asked if they could come out the next day for an exact estimate, and if I like the price, they can start the job right there and then. The next day, Ernesto came out to our house. He is a knowledgeable man. He told me the best he could do with the grouts and travertine floor. He pointed out that a cat used to live there. He then left to get the right tool and chemicals to treat the floor to remove urine trace without charging me more. I would totally go back to this place for my future cleaning needs.

We just got our carpets cleaned by Brian, the owner, and he did a great job. I had contacted several cleaning companies through here for a quote on 4 areas, and he had the best pricing. He also had a few available appointments for that same week as well. He did his job very quickly. He was also super friendly and pleasant. Having someone randomly come to your house can be awkward, but he was very professional and friendly. Will definitely use him again in the future.

We had our carpets cleaned a couple of months ago and I'm just now getting to write the review. Very friendly staff  they were able to schedule my carpet cleaning rather quickly. Very affordable and they did a great job. The carpet cleaning tech was profesional and friendly and attempted to get rid of some old stains. Will be using this company for all of our carpet cleaning needs.

Great service! We had them come out to clean our carpets from our move out and they looked brand new! Brian was quick and efficient and in really good communication with me about the service. We would highly recommend!
