Terrible office and they never answer their phones. Horrible turnover with doctors. Ive been assigned 3 different doctors in the 2 years Ive been a patient there. There must be something wrong with the office if the average working time for a doctor here is less than a year before they leave the office.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! READ THE REVIEWS! Called when they opened to set up a new patient appointment and the woman who answered was nasty and hostile. I asked just to double check if they accepted my insurance, since they are on my providers list, and the lady hesitated and drew out her words, saying that they did. But she said it as if she didnt want to deal with me. Then, when I explained that my doctor wanted me to get an Echo done (since Im struggling to breathe and my health is slowing declining) and she rudely told me that I cant just schedule an appointment, that it wasnt how things worked and that I needed a referral. After I had just told her that I had one! All I simply wanted was to know how booked out they were, since this is a bit urgent. Seeing that I have 11mm growths in my lungs and that my pulmonary doctor wont do a biopsy until he rules other things out. Never have I been treated so badly by an office that I hadnt even gone to yet. Its unbelievable! I barely have a voice and feel as though Im being water boarded every second of the day (and night). I can hardly get out of bed without coughing myself to the point of passing out. The last thing I want is to have some snooty little girl talking to me as though I were an insignificant bug beneath her. No thank you. I will try my chances driving a little further to another office. Because, if the staff behaves this badly, I could only imagine how the doctor might act. Smh.
