Dr.Salman Akhtar is very knowledgeable and professional. He gives me the time needed during office appointments and explains everything clearly. He is very conscientious and I feel he is giving me the very best care possible.

9 years ago, I had a massive heart attack and Dr. Akhtar and his medical team saved my life. He is the epitome of kindness, grace, professionalism, empathy and competency. He is so exceptional that my wife became a patient as well to monitor her heart health and overall wellness. He is hands-on, and takes time to see you & address your concerns. We have recommended him to friends & family alike. He deserves a 10 star review!

I was so excited to find this office at first the reviews were amazing! However, I Was rescheduled twice by staff. The first time I had to call to verify my appt in which they said oh were sorry the doc is out for two weeks we have to reschedule you. I asked why no one called me before the day of my appt was then told I didnt have an appt.. Finally got my (2nd scheduled) appt as a high risk referral two months later and waited an hour listening to the staff talk About the doc not being there, considering rescheduling patients. I missed two hours of work and the communication doesnt seem to be that great in this office. I declined rescheduling Ill be finding a new cardiologist.
