Had my first visit with Carlos Fonte and what a great pleasure it was. Waited very little to get called in. The receptionist was great and the doctors assistant and the doctor was top professional. Centrally located. I have more test scheduled and look forward to a long lasting relationship.

Could not get to first base with Megan the person that makes the appointments. Unable to make an appointment .

If I could rate 0 I would because that's what he deserves...I honestly don't see how this doctor is receiving such great reviews my mother in law just had an appointment with this doctor who was very rude...and insisted she get information that she authorized for him to get...she is elderly and has heart problems...for him to tell her it's her responsibility to gather all information from past surgical procedures and hospitals...when he has administrative assistants to do so, that she is supposed to know and that he has thousands of patients so he doesn't have time...is out of line He should practice more empathy for his patients rather than having them collect the information for him

The doctor is fine. My complaint is with the rude girls answering the phone. The elderly lady with a scratchy voice is so rude. Every single time! No customer service skills whatsoever. The office manager is just as rude and very unprofessional. Most of the staff is overweight, which boggles my mind as this is a cardiologist office. I wouldnt go to an overweight personal trainer at the gym. They do push statins immediately even when you dont need it. I had to refuse and go outside to get second opinions with a 0 CAC score, they still push statins. I am very healthy. I will be looking to find another doctor as the front desk girls are lazy and no one wants to work. This doctor needs to find girls with customer service skills. Thanks to Covid scam no one wants to work or be nice. Anyways, Id recommend you look elsewhere for a doctor.
