Every meeting I have had with Dr. Spacavento has been a positive experience. The doctor is very pleasant and thorough in every thing he does. I would gladly recommend him to everyone needing heart care.

Today my husband is forced to smile pretty and try to be seen, but that doesn't change the fact that this place is truly awful. He is a heart patient who has not seen a doctor in over six months and he is out of all of his required prescription medications. We have had some difficulty in switching him over to Nevada. In the interim he has been hospitalized via emergency rooms several times-- all still covered by Illinois Medicaid due to his disability status. One of those hospitals (Henderson Hospital) did not bill Illinois but instead opted to bill him directly. It was at that hospital that he met Dr. Tiffany Fonte and liked her immediately. Today when we arrived for his appointment, they told him that he owed them 500 usd. Of course they made him fill out all the paper work first. Even though he asked them about the phone call he had received yesterday (so nasty! demanding immediate payment for services rendered to him connected to the Henderson Hospital ER event. The nastiness of it helped us to believe it when the dark haired female told him...) "that has nothing to do with us."If it wasn't for the sheer unwillingness to listen demonstrated by the light haired woman, I might write this off as disorganization... but this is no innocent fumble--it is truly avaricious. Quick edit: David just told me that after I walked out they told him he could "settle the bill for 150 right now."
