We had a great experience with this Avis location this week. The two individuals who were working were super helpful and we didn't have to wait at all to be helped. They explained everything to us and walked us through their options for coverage as well. The vehicle was in great condition and very clean. Both individuals that helped us that day even recommended other places to visit since we had the car rental all day. We took their advice and went to see the Valley of Fire State Park and we are so glad we did it. We had a great experience all around and would highly recommend this location.

There are no signs pointing to the counter so we had to guess where it was. Once there, we had to wait for the attendent to return since there was no way to page him. Despite having prepaid everything, he gave me a contract that contained a $45 charge he couldn't explain but removed at my insistence. However, I had to return to the counter again because once I found the car, it only had half a tank of gas while the contract claimed it to be full. The attendent was friendly and sorted out the stuff once I mentioned it and the car was new and clean but still, since I had prepaid and preselected everything, having to spend 20 minutes to get going is simply too much time.
