Nu Car rental

Sketchy as hell. Tried to force their insurance with fast talking and straight up lying saying the Premium Auto Rental Insurance from AMEX Platinum is not primary insurance. I usually support small businesses, except when their business model is to lie to just get another little piece of $$$.

Pickup location was filthy and building was falling apart. Renter is responsible for flat tire repairs. waiting area was not air conditioned Promised a 4x4 and nothing was available,

Tengo mucho aos rentando vehculos en todo usa y solo esta empresa no me proporciono el vehculo por cualquier tipo de detalle y muy mal atencin racismo lo que segn argumento despus de hacerme esperar mucho tiempo que necesitaba una la licencia internacional y la Ma es de Mexico y no me entregaron vehculo,ni mi dinero que ya estaba pagado en su totalidad ( mi licencia es vlida y vigente nunca he tenido detalles en ninguna ciudad ni pas Son unos ladrones

Ripped OFF !!! Staff is incompetent, Bait and switch, lots of hidden charges and outright LYING. If you do end up renting from them anyway, buy the insurance and RUN THE HELL OUT THEIR CARS. That's EXACTLY what I will be doing.

HORRIBLE PLACE DONT EVER BOOK WITH THEM. First of all they are not at the airport nor a they a shuttle ride away BUT 2 DIFFERENT SHUTTLE RIDES AWAY! Then you get there no air conditioning wait in line FOREVER then they say that they dont have your reservation or oh, you reserved with Hotwire not us so we dont have to honor your reservation!!! STAY FAR AWAY BAD NEWS PLACE!
