Make sure you check the gas tank before you start driving because they give you a half empty tank but expect you bring it back full
They say they close at 3pm but left early on the day of our return so we had to use the after hours drop box (you are liable until they clock in the next day to check the vehicle).

We reserved a vehicle 1.5 months ago. 8:00 a.m. for pickup at 9:00 a.m. we were still being put off. Simply unacceptable on a business trip.
Hoping not to get booked with Enterprise again... what a disaster

If I could give this location 0 stars I would THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE Ive ever had with enterprise.
Let me start with this is not on the rep but rather how this location is staffed.
Its posted hours are 0730-1530 daily but good luck if someone shows up before 0800.
I rented a vehicle and the rep did NOT do the usual walkthrough to make sure theres no dents or dings on the car and to verify the gas. He just stated bring it back on half because thats where its at then he proceeded to try and upsell me on the usual insurance and such which I declined. I get to the garage (because this location is inside the hotel) and they make sure to remind you that youre responsible for any damage done to the car until its checked back in.
I returned my car after hours in a key drop at 0400 next day and it is now 1300 local time and I still have not been checked out in their system so any damage or whatever to the car would still be my fault because theyre so poorly staffed.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION just pay the extra and go to the airport.
I might cancel my enterprise account after this.
