Worst experience. Rented a car online, showed up to get it, and they didn't have one for me. They oversold. Rather than help find something for me, the girl in charge smiles and tells me she's not allowed to help, I have to do for myself. This girl really doesn't belong working in customer service! I'll never use hertz again, and I'll let all of my friends know of my experience as well. They family behind me got the same experience.

I traveled from out of state to pick up a car from these guys. The deal was completely worked out, financing approved. I got off my flight and planned to do a test drive and sign some papers and be on my way on my long drive home. What followed was nearly a 4 hour wait to even talk to the finance agent to sign papers, by which time it was 9pm. Then he realized there had been an error in the contract that he couldnt resolve with the financer until business hours. I flew home empty handed, eating the costs of the flights and a hotel. There are deals to be had here if you are local, but if you think you should travel to buy a car here stay away!

If I could give them NO STARS I WOULD!! And I thought highly of Hertz, DON'T BE FOOLED!!! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL Rental Car Facility. They do not accommodate you if they run out of the car type you have booked prior on line, instead they charge you an extra $30 + a day to upgrade instead of accommodating you from them having a lack of inventory. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWFUL LOCATION DO NOT BOOK YOUR RENTAL CAR AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!
