        My friend just ordered from here to bring me & my hubby food. One item was a southwest chicken ceasar salad. All we got was lettuce and croutons! No chicken & no southwest! The bag on the takeout said " chicken Ceasar salad." So definitely a screw up. EVERY time we order from this location something is missing or totally wrong. Very disappointing. No more ordering from this location.

        I have been a Panera customer for 15+ years and loved every experience until moments ago. In the last hour or so, the policy was the pastries that were left were half price. My orders typically top $100.00 but the food, pastries and soup in particular were terrific. I stopped in to get my wife some soup and pastries as she was feeling ill. I inquired about the half price policy and the clerk verified it, but now the purchase of a drink is required, which I agreed to. I ordered a large coffee and started to pick out pastries and then was informed that a drink was required for every two items. I politely asked for the manager who had stepped out. So Im outside with hurt feelings and thinking there are other places to get pastries. Ugh.
