Cadillac of Las Vegas's floor plan was well thought out. The positioning of the front door clerk as well as the floor salespersons made my car purchase a wonderful experience. I basically walked up to the clerk, who called for a salesperson to assist, I told them what I wanted and left. Two and a half months later, my car was delivered from final assembly in Tennessee. DONE!

Bought new car, from them a few months ago. It needs repair of the dash not working very well. And loud nice from it. Very upset. Told will take a few months before they give a loaner to fix it.

They are part's changers at best in my opinion,the mechanics can't diagnose a car.they guess at what's wrong with your car at your expense. Britain is the worst service writer I've ever seen in my opinion at trying to lie to you about your car.You shouldn't have to pay for a diagnose of your car if they can't diagnose it correctly, Their mechanic cost me $1000.00 for his diagnosis which was wrong.

A very friendly dealership. Even the front desk smiles at you when you walk in, which is rare these days!

I came to this dealer for repairs three times. The first time I drop off the car and they took 7 days to diagnose. There was no car for me to use. they ordered parts for me. The second time the parts arrived at the dealer, I went to install them. When Im arrived, they said the parts were Error or damage, again I left the vehicle at the dealership to wait part 3 weeks. There is still no car for me to use. I rented a car myself and the waiting time for the third oil change was 4 hours. This is ridiculous. I will never come back. I've had such a bad experience.
