We just had our 3rd closet completed by Closet World. Shawna Kirsch is the absolute best, timely, polite, suggestive without being pushy, and honored our time. Took her measurements, got us a rendering, and scheduled our install efficiently, and we love the finished product. I suggest you call and ask for her, you will not be disappointed. Our local Closet World leader and manager Mike and his team are nice people. Unfortunately there have been some consistent hiccups throughout all of our projects (custom interior cabinet, lots of garage cabinets). The quality of installation (shoddy routing, cabinet dings and scratches, handles installed out of level, drawers that don't close properly, poor selection of hinges to the application) all seem within their local control. Outside of their local control, we've also had both missing items or the wrong items delivered which on more than one occasion which have impacted installation dates (even last minute/the day of). I do understand that things happen - and in all cases they offered to make it right (come back out, replacements, etc.) - but at this price point the experience has been 3-stars and is more in line with a one-man-show that I was trying to avoid by using a professional company like Closet World. I still recommend them, but know you'll likely have issues that require patience and follow up visits from them. Services: Custom cabinet design & installation, Cabinet installation
